If you receive a product from us that is defective, please contact us within 5 business days.  We will offer you a replacement if possible, otherwise a full refund* will be processed.

*Please note that FARRM will not be held responsible for items broken during shipping.  We package our products to the best of our abilities.  If you wish to pay additional costs for insurance we can make arrangements for that, however, please note that not all breakables can be insured through Canada Post.
